What customers ask most.
The facility is designed for boats, RVs, campers, travel trailers, utility trailers, extra vehicles, and similar storage needs. Customers can choose from fully enclosed, enclosed, covered, and open-air options.
Yes. Tenants have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Business support hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Storage options include fully enclosed units, enclosed units, covered spaces, and open-air parking. Fully enclosed and enclosed units have 10' wide and 14' tall doorways.
Fully enclosed and enclosed units are available in 14' x 30' and 14' x 40'. Covered spaces are 12' x 30'. Open-air spaces are 12' wide with 20', 30', 40', and 60' depth options.
The $30 move-in special applies to qualifying open-air parking when secured with a 6-month contract. Standard monthly rates still apply after the move-in special.
Yes. Tenants must carry insurance on stored vehicles and property. Final insurance language will be provided in the rental documents.
Billing is monthly. Move-in requires 3 months paid in advance. Customers who pay cash one year in advance receive a 10% discount.
Late fees are $5 on the first day late, then $2 for each following day until the account is brought current.
